1907:
The couple Román Batlle and Enriqueta Rodríguez Salacín entrusted the architect Salvador Comas and the builder Pedro Pareras with the building of this magnificent art deco villa, which was called “Villa Enriqueta” by its owners and used as a summer residence. Later “Villa Enriqueta” was owned by Eduardo Moret Abelló and Teresa Ros Riera, who designed and developed the botanical garden and changed the name of the house to “Torre Edelweiss”.
1971:
The property was purchased by the Dutch couple Adrianus Wilhenlmus Wender-Put, naturist and writer, and Rosalía Bergara, both of Dutch nationality.
1988:
The property was sold to the brothers Montferrer-Salomon
