Due to the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, those who wish to obtain information must fill out the contact form, and those who wish to make a reservation for our stays must register on the, USERS/CUSTOMERS, form, which is acquired by completing the, REGISTRATION, form. 2. RESERVATION PRICES:

Reservations can be made by registering on this website. The displayed prices indicated on the WEBSITE include VAT for all stays and services offered.

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS:

a) Acceptance of the booking conditions and the terms of use of the website is required for the reservation to be effective, and payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.

6. WITHDRAWAL OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

6.1. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: The content of these web reservation clauses, along with the client’s acceptance, act as proof of the transaction conducted between the client and the website administrator, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in its Articles 69, 71, and 76, and Law 3/2014 of March 27, Articles 71, 104, 107, and 108. Reservations made through this website can be canceled and refunded, provided that the USER/CUSTOMER communicates the cancellation to BOUTIQUE HOTEL EDELWEISS, which made the reservation.

For the cancellation of reservations, the following instructions must be followed:

  1. The cancellation of the Hotel reservation must be communicated to the website administrator within a period of 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date at the establishment.
  2. Communication of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date at the Hotel will not result in a refund of the amount of the reservation made and paid.
  3. Failure to show up by the client who made the reservation on the entry date will be considered a no-show, with the loss of the amount paid for the reservation. The reservation will only remain active in the case of multiple-day bookings and if the client communicates any delay in arrival to the hotel to the website administrator.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable, in accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014, when the following clause is met: l) Hotels, goods transportation, vehicle rentals, and services related to leisure activities, if the contracts specify a date or a specific period of performance (arrival and departure).
